Shipping Policy

  • At Nels Fashions, we ship with UPS, Fedex, USPS, DHL. The services include ground, 2-3 days, express, and next-day shipping services. Most orders are delivered within 3 days of the order date

  • For express shipping, we offer United Parcel Service (UPS) next day air

  • Express Mail (USPS Express Mail) thru the United States Postal Service can take up to 2 days depending on delivery schedules

  • Shipping time is calculated in business days and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays

  • Nels Fashions has the right to refuse accepting any order for any reason

for Damaged/Lost/Delayed Shipments:

Nels Fashions is not responsible for items that may be damaged, or lost by the shipment company or “carrier” (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.). All the products and packaging should be carefully inspected upon receipt. Nels Fashions has no control over the timeliness of the shipments and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. We can only guarantee the information provided to us by the carrier.
